You'll get assigned a mentor (someone around the manager level) and a buddy (someone around the staff level), who you can go to for help with anything ranging from daily questions to life/career advice. I expressed interest in both reimbursement and audit, and they let me rotate between the two departments. I think the autonomy was the best part- they will trust you to stay on top of your work, and are right there by your side when you get stuck. I was allowed to directly email and call clients, be a part of team meetings, and go out on fieldworks.
