As a sophomore I got paid half as much as the juniors which was a little frustrating, especially since we couldn’t get paid for overtime

What I liked
My team was very young and gave me a lot of flexibility, so I was able to pursue my interest in the data
and technological aspects of the company and provide recommendations to senior management by the end of the internship.
What I wish was different
Orientation did not teach the hard skills, but instead focused on soft skills which is a thing that Babson teaches constantly.
Advice
Be sure to get yourself involved in interesting projects and network to find other areas of interest!

Have a talk with your manager early on to discuss what your interests are and projects you would like to participate in and/or people you would want to speak to for more insight on the type of work s/he does.
