Camp Danbee is seeking Ropes Course Instructors to join our dynamic Outdoor Adventure team for Summer 2026! Located in the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts, Danbee is a premier overnight camp for girls that combines friendship, fun, and personal growth in an unforgettable summer experience.

As a Ropes Course Instructor, you’ll help campers build courage, confidence, and teamwork while guiding them through our high and low ropes challenges, zip line, and climbing wall.

Whether you’re a student of outdoor education, a climbing enthusiast, or an experienced facilitator, we’re looking for enthusiastic and safety-minded leaders ready to make a lasting impact.

The Role

You’ll take on two meaningful roles this summer:

• Program Instructor – Lead campers through our ropes and adventure courses, teaching safety, spotting, and belay techniques. You’ll encourage teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence as girls face and conquer challenges in the trees!
• Cabin Counselor – Live in a cabin with 10–12 campers and two co-counselors, serving as a mentor, role model, and friend throughout the season.

Salary starts at $2,300 (college freshman level, with increases for each year of college)
