Job Description: CFG Merchant Solutions, a fast-growing commercial financing company, is looking for an intern to become the administrator of our NetSuite installation. The ideal candidate is currently a junior or senior in college studying business information systems or a related degree. This is an onsite position in our Manhattan office, located in the financial district.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and improving business processes through the use of an ERP system (NetSuite).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, Compliance, Underwriting) to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Support the design and documentation of system enhancements and new ERP functionality.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new developments and ensure business requirements are met.
- Help develop and deliver user training materials and assist with training sessions for new ERP features and enhancements.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP users as needed.

- Education & Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Coursework or hands-on experience with business processes, systems analysis, or ERP platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus but not required.
