Talent Acquisition Intern - Inliner

General Summary

This position is responsible for the division’s hourly craft recruitment efforts to ensure staffing needs are met.

Essential Job Accountabilities

1. Post and maintain job requisitions in Workday and maintain job postings using multiple job boards. 
2. Assist in the field recruitment process to ensure the timely hiring of qualified employees.
3. Continually build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the recruitment needs of the field are being met. 
4. Administer a variety of company programs (related to recruitment) such as; relocation, applicant assessments, outside recruiters, background screening, applicant tracking, etc. to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Education (omit degree for intern)
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree in human resources, business admin/management, or equivalent preferred
• (Intern posting) Working toward degree in Human Resource field 

Work Experience (omit for intern)
• 1+ years’ experience in human resources
• Prior recruitment experience preferred


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Good knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the field of human resources
• Ability to maintain confidentiality always
• Excellent consultative and communication skills (written & oral) and ability to interface effectively with all levels of customers (internal and external) and effectively disseminate information
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to properly manage and prioritize resources and projects
• Team player who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment
• Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure

Schedule is 40 hours but can be flexible to accommodate classes.
