Job Description
What You’ll Do
Under the general direction of the Supervisor of Information Technology Services and in compliance with established policies, practices and procedures, provides Level-1 technology support to Ingham ISD or on behalf of Ingham ISD, to its constituent districts.
·        Install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, I-Pads and peripheral devices.
·        Deploy images to new and old systems.
·        Perform software installs, both while onsite and remotely, via remote-access software.
·        Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of network cabling, network electronics, servers, etc.
·        Box and unbox systems being installed or moved.
·        While this is an internship by title, please be ready to get exposure to many management systems, purchasing procedures and real-life customer service scenarios, while strengthening your Level-1 Device troubleshooting.

·        Ambitious college student or an individual interested in breaking into the IT Industry
·        Minimal Experience necessary – we will teach those who are ready to learn and we offer hands-on, real world experience.
