Responsibilities
- Assist with contract management
- Assist with shipment scheduling and follow up
- Assist with shipment coordination between physical moves and accurately/timely system recording
- Assist with system recording including shipment notice, weight and freight bill entry
- Assist with transaction analysis and problem resolution, including customer phone contact as well as interaction with DJJ commercial and administrative personnel.
Qualifications
- Position demands an energetic, well-organized individual who is adaptable to changing assignments and priorities, works well under pressure and prefers a fast pace.
- Exhibits initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PC skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database (Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and Outlook preferred).
- Proven effective customer service skills.
- Available for Overtime
