As an IT Summer Associate, you will contribute towards key projects that support our Information Technology vision. You will learn how information technology elevates our ability to provide the best investment platforms for our customers, the fundamentals of the investment management process and how the Capital System has sustained superior results over time. In addition, as part of our Summer Associate program, you will be eligible for placement in our Information Technology Group.

- You’ll develop a comprehensive security risk assessment framework to identify security threats and vulnerability in our IT environment; partner with peers to identify solutions to security threats
- You’ll optimize solution delivery through value stream mapping, process improvement, automation, testing practices, etc.
- You’ll study the emerging tech landscape for relevant new solutions and produce learnings on what's real and what is hype.
- You’ll create a developer self-service infrastructure working with emerging tools and platforms, making Infrastructure as Code a reality
- You’ll contribute meaningfully through enhanced business management including demand management, capacity planning, success measurement, and consultant networking
- You’ll collaborate with a dynamic development team to transition tactical reports and tools to Python allowing them to be leveraged as an extension app or by a chatbot

- You are currently a junior pursuing a technically focused Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Decision or Info Analytics, Data Science or equivalent
- You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- You have a real passion for Technology
- You have demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
- You express ideas effectively and interact professionally with others
- You are a continuous learner, with a hunger for knowledge
- You are highly collaborative
