MBA Product Strategy Summer Intern
Meet Our Team:
As a key contributor to Pega’s US-based CRM Product Strategy team, you will focus on advancing Pega’s CRM product portfolio and the market’s understanding of Pega’s Customer Service and Sales Automation offerings.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams; including, but not limited to: product management, sales, analyst relations, product marketing, and go-to-market operations & excellence. You’ll be surrounded by digital first thinkers and innovative B2B product strategists.
What You’ll Do at Pega:
You’ll work with cross-functional team members on the following activities:
- Research relevant market segments to identify new opportunities and influence Pega’s future strategy and roadmap
- Partner with cross-functional teams to augment customer service fluency through identifying, tracking, and documenting feature and capability usage
- Support updates to pricing and packaging through the creation of external and internal communication
- Assist in the creation of positioning framework and thought leadership assets for upcoming product launches and key events.
Who You Are:
You are a strategic thinker and have a knack for turning data into insights. You have strong analytic and presentation skills, are outgoing, and enjoy working with diverse groups. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage multiple priorities at one time. You’re a self-starter and have:
- Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Drive for continuous learning and development
- Completed at least one internship or co-op in Product/Corporate Strategy, Marketing/Communications, Product Management or a related field
We are currently seeking students who are actively pursuing their MBA.
