As part of our mission, we ensure Pega built on applications can be used by everyone, including people with disabilities, so that our customers can realize their true business potential. The Pega Infinity platform, which these applications are built upon, is WCAG 2.0 AA capable and provides configuration capabilities to build an accessible application. In order to be able to sell to the world’s largest public and private sector organizations we have to ensure that our platform and our portfolio of applications are accessible to those that use assistive technologies. That’s a challenging set of expectations to meet. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do at Pega:
- Assess Pega platform and applications for accessibility and compliance
- Partner with Customer Support team to assist with customer raised accessibility issues
- Bring an end-user perspective to accessibility testing
- Assist in the development of testing plans and be part of accessibility quality initiatives
- Help develop best practices through collaboration, training and documentation
Who You Are:

- You regularly use assistive technology, such as a screen reader or magnifier, to help navigate applications on the web
