Responsibilities:
- Assist with Subcontractor Sourcing, Selection, and Qualification
- Conduct Supplier set up process
- Manage Supplier risk mitigation through Environmental Health and Safety audits
- Assist in Subcontractor Agreement completion and updates
- Assist with general Maintenance of our Subcontractor Suppliers
- Identify Cost Containment opportunities
- Guide Performance Management programs
- Help improve Professional Services integration into Subcontract Management Organization
- Work with our Thermal, Third Party, Edge, and Battery Subcontractor Managers to manage Subcontract Supplier invoicing, payment, and other issues, as needed
- Assist team with Data reporting, distribution of communications to our Subcontract supply base, and training on Vendor Portal.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Prior Internship or Co-Op experience
- Excellent Communication and Listening Abilities
- Good Organization Skills, Resourceful and Diplomatic
- Ability to work in a Team environment
- Good understanding of Project related Time Sensitivity and ability to adjust as challenges present themselves
POSITION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- This position is in the company’s headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Travel is not required.
