2022 Global Private Bank Advisor Summer Associate Program (1st Year MBA Students)

Spend your summer learning from our extensive network of industry experts and senior executives while developing customized wealth management solutions for clients worldwide. You'll explore the Wealth Management business and build your own expertise in a dynamic team environment and leading client franchise.

 

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management business advises successful institutions, endowments, foundations and families. J.P. Morgan Private Bank advises the world’s wealthiest families and helps them achieve their desired goals. Our teams of Advisors deliver advice, solutions and services across planning, investing, borrowing and banking in order to help clients build, preserve and manage their wealth over time. The U.S. Private Bank advises families across the U.S. and represents one of the largest growth opportunities for J.P. Morgan. In 2021, Global Finance magazine named J.P. Morgan the “World’s Best Private Bank”.

In this nine-week internship program, you will focus on client engagement and new business generation. The program begins with a five-day orientation that introduces you to the firm and our Private Bank business. It also includes skills development sessions in markets, sales and client relationship management. You'll gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including planning, investing, borrowing and banking.

 

Throughout the summer, you will learn the fundamentals of the wealth management business by partnering with a successful Private Banking team, accountable for identifying and managing high net worth and ultra-high net worth client relationships. As an ambassador for J.P. Morgan, you would start to build the key skills of client acquisition and retention through a broad set of solutions. You will work in teams to foster client relationships and present strategic solutions that help our clients achieve their financial goals.

 

Our dedicated program management group will provide guidance and feedback throughout the program to foster your growth and maximize your experience through training classes, our senior speaker series, market discussions and networking opportunities. 

We're looking for highly motivated individuals who are energetic and entrepreneurial with a desire to build a business. You should be a self-starter who thrives and excels in a competitive industry. You'll also have good judgment, discretion working with confidential information and integrity.
