The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
You will be involved in a wide range of E&C learning and communications projects, which will include:
Support, create, design, and deploy communications strategies for the E&C helpline awareness campaign.
Design internal Ethics & Compliance web page content. Help write new content, organize web page layout, source content and data.
Support launch of new Leadership Compliance panels.
Design custom compliance program brochures, t-shirts, and other E&C awareness swag.
Support graphical design and editing of internal e-Learning training courses.
Draft newsletter articles.

- During the first two weeks of employment, you will attend onboarding with other interns, learn about your new role, learn more about what you’ll be working on, the intern program, and VMware as a company. You will partner with your manager and mentor to better help guide you toward success.

What skills would make for a successful internship?
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft communications to meet an audience from their point of view.
- Flair for creative and artistic design, coupled with experience working in digital media apps.
- Ability to take ownership of assignments while working with ambiguity.
- Strong teamwork skills, good at collaborating with multiple stakeholders, able to synthesize multiple perspectives
- Sense of urgency in completing project assignments
Where is this role located?
This role will be remote and can be performed anywhere in the US.

This position is available to currently enrolled Juris Doctorate-level students only, with a degree possession of December 2022 or later. The internship will be a 12-week, full-time commitment during Summer 2022.
