We're looking for self motivated individuals to join our team of professionals.

Primary job responsibilities include:
  • Work with a team to hit mutual goals.
  • Manage area and client data.
  • Engage with customers asking them for the order.
  • Prospect using cold calls and filling the marketing/sales funnel.
  • Promote home automation products and security services.
  • Participate in daily meetings.

Must Have Skills
  • Must be organized
  • Must be ambitious, self motivated and disciplined
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with confidence.

Desired Skills
  • Marketing and sales general understanding.
  • General business managerial skills.
  • Data entry and reporting.
  • Soft skills.

Time Frames
This position has Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer Options. Most students prefer to participate usually starting in May and ending in August. We are flexible with your school schedule. Representatives work schedules will vary between offices Mondays - Saturdays 12pm - 8:30pm. Please discuss work schedules with your hiring manager.

Location
Brinks Home is asking new representative interns to be open to temporarily relocating to a new location that should be discussed with your hiring manager. Travel and housing expenses will be provided for.

Compensation & Benefits
Continual performance-based earning opportunities with the potential to earn additional bonuses annually. Representatives typically make between $4,000 - $6,000 per month. Because of commissions and bonuses, representatives individual earnings will vary.

Other Requirements
Applicants must undergo a criminal history check, motor vehicles check, drug screening, and obtain clearance from the state based upon the state requirements, including licensing.
