Business Services Intern

Mid-America Conversion Services, LLC (MCS) manages the Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride (DUF6) Conversion Facilities at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) sites near Paducah, Kentucky and Portsmouth, Ohio. The conversion facilities were designed and constructed to convert DOE’s inventory of DUF6 produced by the former Paducah Gaseous Diffusion and the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plants to a more stable uranium oxide form for reuse, storage, and/or transportation and disposition.
