International Tax Accounting Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible college student who can bring their skills to the workplace as an International Tax Accounting Intern! You will support the team and this is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience and apply skills learned through education within an established organization and team.

You will report to the International Tax Manager and assist with a variety of international tax planning and compliance topics including transfer pricing and repatriation strategies. The purpose of this position is to support international tax aspects of Modine Manufacturing Company and subsidiaries including appropriate internal controls. This includes preparation of income tax compliance Forms 5471, 8858, and assisting with tax issues regarding market expansions, foreign currency, transfer pricing, international audit issues, and tax planning and repatriation strategy implementation. Other areas of responsibilities include calculating current year earnings and profits, Subpart F, Global Low Intangible Income ("GILTI") to be included in the federal income tax return.

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
