Human Resources Summer Intern
Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated candidate interested in starting a career in Human Resources!

These are full-time, paid summer internships, typically ranging from 10-12 weeks. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you develop the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities may be available upon conclusion of a successful internship.
The Otis Human Resources team is looking for a summer intern, starting in May/June 2023 to assist with the below tasks/projects:
Essential Responsibilities
- Support broader talent programs including recruiting, training & development, compensation, and diversity/inclusion/engagement
- Data analysis and presentation development
- Create and develop standard work for key processes as assigned
- Other projects as assigned
Education / Certifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage several simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Excellent analytical skills are required
