We are looking for an Intern to be work with ARCO’s Infrastructure team in our Clayton, MO office. As an Infrastructure Intern, you will respond to support tasks, learn how to develop scripts, and stand-up new servers and networks within Azure. This is a great opportunity for an intern that has an interest in this field and wants to learn what it is like to protect part of an enterprise organization.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Support ongoing azure related issues
- Identify and investigate outage events and incidents
- Learn and apply investigative troubleshooting methodologies
- Work with and deploy SSO and MFA company wide
- Standardize and formalize the Azure environment and on-premises servers
- Assist with office moves and relocation of associates
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university or technical program in one of the following or a related technical field Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
- Must be enrolled in or completed a server or networking class in college
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and proofreading skills
- Must possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with other company personnel
- Proficiency in the Office 365 suite of products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and operate efficiently and effectively and have good documentation and communication skills
