The Finance & Accounting Intern will assist the office manager to learn and assist with the business operations such as:

·        Bookkeeping

·        Finance

·        Accounting

Job Responsibilities:                                              

·        Assists with basic filing and data entry

·        Responsible for compiling and emailing reports in preparation for department meetings

·        Provide data analysis of financial reports as directed

·        Maintain the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data

·        Utilizes strong organizational skills

·        Knowledge in basic accounting and bookkeeping principles

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Solution-oriented approach in dealing with conflict

·        Ability to work under pressure and complete task in an effective and timely manner

·        Ability to multi-task

·        Strong analytical skills

·        High oral and written communication skills and employs effective listening skills

·        Friendly and outgoing

This is a paid internship opportunity. It is suggested for candidates currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. An interest in construction or business fundamentals a plus.
