Internship - Computer Science Engineering Leadership Development Program - Summer 2023
Pentair’s Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is an accelerated program for recent college graduates with proven ability to excel in today’s fast-paced world. The program is designed to develop high caliber individuals into future leaders in Engineering Technology. The program provides participants the opportunity to gain high level visibility to leadership and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization.
The Engineering Leadership Development Program is a three-year program consisting of three, 12-month rotations within two or more locations. The program will begin in August 2023 and give participants exposure to different facets of engineering technology through assigned rotations based on business needs and individual career aspirations. Rotation areas may include: connected product engineering, connected system architecture, front end system design, back end system design, dev ops and overall agile system management. Minimum Qualifications:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited university (preferred graduation date: Spring 2023)
- Have a 3.3 minimum cumulative GPA
- Have a strong interest in pursuing the Engineering Leadership Development Program which requires annual relocation/working in locations throughout the United States upon graduation
- Have previous engineering internship or co-op experience
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
