Talent Acquisition Internship - Summer 2023

Internships are onsite at our Store Support Center in Ankeny, Iowa, where you'll volunteer within our community, attend social outings, hear from our senior leadership team, and make some pizzas, of course!
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will partner with all members of the Talent Acquisition team and gain exposure to nearly every facet of recruitment! You will work with team members to understand how pre-employment checks are administered (i.e.. background checks and drug screens), assist the Corporate team with creating postings, managing requisitions, reviewing applications and conducting phone screens. You will also have the opportunity to post on social media and our Casey's Careers Instagram Page, as well as our LinkedIn Career Page.
Qualifications:
- Currently working on completion of Bachelor's degree in related field (Human Resources, Business Management, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
