Where You Come In:  
KCF Technologies is seeking participants in many areas of study to contribute to our high-performing teams as part of the Future Innovators Internship Program . This 10-week, full-time paid program June 5 – August 11 will take place at our KCF Headquarters in-person, or remotely, depending on where home is for you and what your position is. With our work from home, work from anywhere policy, the choice of where to work is yours for most of our roles! 

Our home base is our headquarters in State College, PA, but you will find KCF Teammates spread across 26 different U.S. States with our flexible remote model. We give you the autonomy to define how and where you do your best work!

Essential Functions:
  • Implement methods to take advantage of user and course data in KCF’s Learning Management System Website. Examples include:
  • Automatic enrollment of users in relevant courses based on their responses to surveys during enrollment
  • Automatic handling and scheduling of enrollment in live instructor-led webinars
  • Automatic distribution of certificates to users upon completing courses
  • Develop strategies for cataloging and referencing thousands of pieces of learning content effectively
  • Implementation of tools to maintain current user lists and deactivate old users
  • Implement tools to measure course engagement, e.g. time spent in course vs. test score, vs. # of sessions, vs. # of clicks.
  • Evaluate the range of database and API tools available within KCF’s Learning Management System Website and advise strategies to more effectively use them.
  • Develop strategies for encouraging our customers to engage with the platform, with KCF, and with each other.
  • Develop strategies for measuring the effectiveness of each piece of course content.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or similar in progress
  • Interest in machine health or data analysis a plus
  • Experience with remote learning platforms required (e.g. Adobe Captivate Prime, 360Learning, Docebo, Blackboard, etc.)
  • Experience with webinar / conferencing technologies required (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations
  • Willingness to ask questions, take initiative and be resourceful and inventive
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization, customers, and stakeholders as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability present to executive level audiences
  • Proven ability to deliver creative solutions to complicated problems
