Internships are onsite at our Store Support Center in Ankeny, Iowa, where you'll volunteer within our community, attend social outings, hear from our senior leadership team, and make some pizzas, of course!

As an Intern on the IT Support team, you'll assist the Client Services team by providing technology assistance and solutions to Casey's team members. You'll gain experience supporting and managing Windows, Macintosh, Apple iOS, and Android devices and how they serve team members in office, warehouse, and field settings. As the IT Support Intern, you'll have opportunities to work in modern platforms like Microsoft M365 and provide support for those platforms. You will see real world examples of how Android and iOS devices support business functions, and how we, as IT professionals, support and manage these devices. You will also have the opportunity to hone skills related to presentations, problem solving/critical thinking, business requirements gathering, and working as part of a collaborative team.
