Where You Come In: 
KCF Technologies is seeking participants in many areas of study to contribute to our high-performing teams as part of the Future Innovators Internship Program . This 10-week, full-time paid program June 5 – August 11 will take place at our KCF Headquarters in-person, or remotely, depending on where home is for you and what your position is. With our work from home, work from anywhere policy, the choice of where to work is yours for most of our roles! 
Our home base is our headquarters in State College, PA, but you will find KCF Teammates spread across 26 different U.S. States with our flexible remote model. We give you the autonomy to define how and where you do your best work!

What You’ll Need to Apply:  
  • A Resume 
  • Formal Letter of Intent- This is not your typical cover letter. When you apply, please be prepared to submit a 1-page essay that illustrates your interest in the KCF Future Innovators Internship Program, and why this opportunity might be a good fit for your skillset. 
  • We will be evaluating applications October-November, at which time we will be closing applications and beginning the interview/selection process. 
 
Essential Functions:
  • Work closely with department heads, executive leaders, and sales staff to understand existing product, services, and industries we serve
  • Generate lead lists
  • Gain knowledge on how KCF targets different customer profiles (job titles, why etc.)
  • Understand how KCF uses market data to target new business
  • Accurately show the value of KCF’s SmartDiagnostics services
  • Attend and participate in webinars and sales presentations to better sell our product
  • Closely monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics for each customer
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure we are meeting them
  • Manage, train, lead a small team to service client
 
Qualifications: 
  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences or other related degree program as at least a 2nd year student
  • 1-3 years of customer-supporting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal & written
  • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships/partnerships
  • Highly motivated, self-starting, and independent thinking habits in a team environment
  • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships/partnerships
  • Resourceful and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
  • Strong knowledge of business principles within industry and customer segment
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and attention to detail skills
