Program
Enterprise Holdings is seeking driven and passionate technologists to join our Summer 2023 Ignite Program. This structured, 10-week program will be hosted both in-office and virtually. Igniters will spend time with their teams performing hands-on, impactful project work, while also participating in coordinated group events. Participants will be provided coaching, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Enterprise’s IT Ignite Program encourages students to gain real-world, hands-on experience in their functional areas. RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you will be tasked with creating a framework that organizes and communicates IT services in a manner that makes them easily accessible and easily understood to our customers. Here, you will have the opportunity to join a team of skilled individuals and will help to create innovative business solutions for real world problems.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Gathers data and develops reports to measure organizational response to key business initiatives.
  • Assists with managing ad-hoc requests and reporting queue according to assigned priority.
  • Follows the report development process; implements established reporting schedules.
  • Modifies reporting tools, as directed.
  • Assists with trend analysis; documents results.
  • Tests and validates reports against established metrics to ensure results are consistent, reliable and accurate.
  • Follows procedures to enhance security of data and the environment.
  • Performs administration of SharePoint and intranet sites.
  • Maintains established service level agreements to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Assists with task automation and process improvements as directed.
  • Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follows security policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must currently be pursuing a technical degree, OR must be enrolled in a in a technical training program with a targeted completion prior to May 2024
  • Coursework completed in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business-Technology coursework 
  • Knowledge of project management (minimum from school/training)
  • Ability to translate technical information into easy to consume written communications
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify and creatively resolve problems
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
 
Preferred
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Systems and/or Software Development Life Cycles (minimum from school/training)
  • Current Junior or higher currently enrolled in a 4-year university with a 3.0 GPA or higher strongly preferred
  • Previous Internship or Co-op experience
  • Past work experience and/or community service
