Intern Human Resources Total Rewards

This is a paid internship; however students must provide their own housing and transportation. Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. 
 
Position Overview: Serve Compeer’s internal and external clients by providing a high level of support to the Human Resources Department. The Intern assists with various projects in most areas of human resource management, including total rewards and HRIS.
 
Desired experience/skills:
  • Must be working towards completing a bachelor’s degree in business or human resource management, with at least two years completed.
  • Prior working experience in an office environment preferred; prior Human Resources experience a plus.
  • Experience working with Human Resources data analytics a plus.
  • Solid verbal and written communication, organizational, problem solving, analytical, and time management skills required.
  • The understanding of and ability to use various computer business programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook also required.
