We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR)!

What you’ll do:
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales ready leads and opportunities from lead generation activities, inbound prospect leads, outbound calling, emailing, and networking into targeted accounts
  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email to uncover pain points, explain Vim solutions, identify opportunities, and generate interest
  • Utilize consultative approach to evaluate and understand customer’s business needs
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate sales representatives, educating reps as necessary about the opportunity and recommending appropriate follow-up action items
  • Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
  • Provide feedback internally and collaborate with peers to ensure continuous process optimization
  • Provide feedback on product requirements and competitive issues
  • Maintain and customize CRM application (Salesforce) appropriately
  • Participate in marketing providers campaigns, message testing and lead process optimization

What you will need: 
Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience interacting with prospects via telephone, email, and LinkedIn a plus
  • Training in solution selling or similar consultative selling models a plus
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do what it takes to deliver a high-quality result to the client
  • Ability to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. 
  • Proactive attitude and quick aptitude for learning new methods, strategies, and technologies
Nice to Have
  • Experience and understanding of healthcare, EMRs, Practice Management, and/or Revenue cycle
Compensation and benefits for the SDR includes:
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $95,000k (Base + Commission)
  • Equity Compensation: Stock options subject to the company policy and board of directors approval
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Flex time off
  • Remote work: NY State: Hybrid/ All other locations: Remote
