Human Resources Development Program - Full-Time - July 2023

This role in summary

The goal of the Human Resources Development Program is to develop core HR talent to have a well-rounded foundational understanding of the HR function through experiences in operations. 
 
The Human Resources Development Program offers you the opportunity to gain experience within our US HR Operations team. This three-year rotational program offers two diverse, 18 month rotations with challenging experiences in a variety of areas. Rotations can be based in our global headquarters or in one of our 9 US manufacturing operations.

Role assignments could be in areas such as:

  • Employee Relations
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Leave Management
  • US Manufacturing Onsite 

Minimum Background and Experiences

  • Progress in Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources with an anticipated graduation date of May 2023
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 2.8
  • Demonstrated experience with Data Analytics & Project Management

Preferred Background and Experiences

  • Leadership experience
  • Prior Human Resources internship or experience
  • Customer service experience
