Digital Product Management Intern

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Partner closely with Product Management on overall product roadmap and strategy
- Help develop strategic and tactical initiatives to transform the customer experience and maximize sales
- Works with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and has the ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine initiative goals, business value and business requirements
- Collect and synthesize customer research and data for proposed initiatives
- Work with architects and product owners to refine business requirements
- Partner with product management, digital experience and UX/UI teams to create designs that meet the business requirements
- In partnership with product management, digital experience and UX/UI team to conduct user testing (UserZoom) and/or implement A/B tests and Multivariant tests (SiteSpect)
- Partner with Services Operations, Learning & Development and the Customer Service Call Center to operationalize the launch of new products and initiative
- Build or work with cross-functional partners to create reporting to understand the impact of delivered features. (Microstrategy, Google Analytics, etc.
- Manage the monthly services.petsmart.com content upload processes
- Leave your “paw” print with a project designed to make a true impact on the business
- Present your recommendations and innovative ideas to PetSmart leaders

- Graduating Dec 2023 or May 2024
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retailing and Consumer Sciences, Advertising, or a related field
- Basic financial and analysis acumen - comfortable using/analyzing data to make informed decisions

- Creative, innovative thinker and problem solver
- Willingness to relocate to Phoenix for internship and possible FT opportunities
