Store Ops - Process & Execution Intern

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Experience the Store Operations function of the leading pet specialty retailer firsthand
- Provide new ideas and recommend solutions to business or team opportunities
- Understand how process improvement drives in-store execution efficiencies to allow for additional customer-facing time
- Understand business reporting and guest insights to understand, troubleshoot and follow-up on opportunity areas
- Work with buildings leaders each day to set goals and expectations
- Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen
- All other duties based on business needs
- Leave your “paw” print with a project designed to make a true impact on the business
- Present your recommendations and innovative ideas to PetSmart leaders
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- A passion for pets!!!
- Desire to learn, grow and engage
- Team player attitude
- A drive for results
- Graduating Dec 2023 or May 2024
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Operations, Supply Chain, Leadership, or a related field
- A love for deep-diving into details and finding solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- You are proficient in Excel and familiar with MS Office
