About Business Unit

Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is part of IBM’s global Finance & Operations organization, reporting to the CFO. We are digitizing the management system of IBM and improving the work-lives of thousands of IBMers by making the business insights they care about easier to consume, understand, and act on. EPM ends the “data chase”—the time and effort people spend finding, aligning, manipulating, assimilating, and debating the data they need to understand their business. EPM changes leadership discussions from a focus on understanding the data to a focus on taking actions to improve performance.
