Responsibilities

•   The Summer Associate will be responsible for one large strategic project. As the lead for this project, they will be responsible for conducting the research, gathering the data, developing the analysis to make decisions on New Business Member Risk Profile and presenting recommendations to Lending executive leadership.

This evaluation will include a review of the current Business members along with potential Business members who are currently only Consumer members.

The Summer Associate will work with their leadership to develop relevant recommendations and present them to Lending executive leaders.
•   The Summer Associate will make recommendations on how to operationalize changes through existing methods or creating new dashboards and automation. This project will rely heavily on effective communication with all stakeholders, strong data aggregation and analytical skills and a focused approach toward delivering actionable recommendations. Given the high-level strategic aspect of this project and its impact on employees at all levels, including monetary, there is a need for strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to gain business understanding in a short amount of time.
