Marketing Promotions - Corporate Internship


Interns attain practical and theoretical experience and exposure to business through administrative and operational responsibilities. This is achieved by participating in a limited-duration, carefully monitored work or service experience in which a student has intentional learning goals and reflects actively on what she or he is learning throughout the experience. There is a distinct connection to the student’s academic program and learning experience.

Job Duties:

·        Complete a wide variety of assignments and projects.
·        High degree of flexibility and willingness to learn.
·        Ability to work assigned shift, hours and locations.
·        Ability to complete assigned duties and responsibilities within timeframes provided.
·        Ability to communicate with all levels and individuals.
·        Complete repetitive and routing work as assigned or required.
·        Recommend promotional campaign and program best practices to ensure maximum revenue growth and incremental profit generation. 
·        Understand the analysis of the promotions effectiveness and recommend ways to improve their productivity. 
·        Able to assist in the development of policies and procedures for properties and assist in preparing documents for properties fact sheets.

Minimum Qualifications:

·        High School graduate.
·        Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products
·        Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and obtaining an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in a related field of study to gaming or hospitality and/or area related to the internship.
·        Have at least a 2.8 GPA (be able to submit current transcript for verification purposes).
·        Undergraduates must be entering their senior year.
·        Students must receive school credit for completing an internship with the Company.
·        Be able to submit a letter of recommendation from a professor within your major.
·        Be able to obtain and pay for any required licensing.
·        Be able to communicate effectively in English in oral and written form.
·        Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
·        Ability to collaborate effectively with corporate staff and team. 
·        Strong bias toward assisting the properties to achieve their goals. 
·        Able to influence and get things done without formal authority. 
·        Deadline oriented.
