Wray Ward FORM Internship

FORM is a paid, 8-week, full-time summer internship where nine talented interns will build their portfolios by working on real projects. Each FORM intern will become a key part of our agency team, while also working closely with other FORM interns on an actual project for a client or community initiative.

We are interviewing talent for the following disciplines. One intern will be hired for each role.

If you fail to include a resume , or link for roles that require a portfolio link or work samples, your application will NOT be considered. Please double check your application before hitting send.

Project Management

They don’t call you a brand champion for nothing. Details give you life, so if you liked playing The Sims, you’re going to love directing our teams IRL.

Copywriting

Even your text messages could be put up for a Pulitzer Prize. You’ve got big ideas and an even bigger vocabulary, enough said.

Programmatic Media

When it comes to building media campaigns across all programmatic media, you’ve got the right mix of sales, marketing and statistical analysis skills to hit it out of the park. Your inner geek and love for technology are just an added bonus.

Public Relations/Content

Whether it’s Insta, LinkedIn or Pinterest, you’re the first one to know what is #trending and #why, but you also know how to kick it old-school AP style.

UX Design/Development

You are a mere mortal, and yet to your family and friends, you are a tech god. You fix problems with a user-first mentality, some wireframes, HTML and maybe even a lil’ CSS every so often.

Graphic Design

CMYK, RGB, EPS, AI, JPG, OMG! All you want in life is to make the world a more beautiful place, and you aren’t afraid to use every application in the Adobe Creative Suite to do it.

Video & Photography

As an advertising photographer and videographer, you have artistic instincts with a marketing and business sense. In other words, you’re a unicorn. Right brain. Left brain. Your creative eye is always working to connect art to a story. And sometimes that story is a challenging one to tell. Pulitzer Prize for photography? Oscar? Anyone???

This internship is highly competitive. As much as we want to get to know the real you, if the real you wants agency experience in “garphic design,” that’s unfortunate as we don’t have a garphic department here. So, before you submit your application, look it over. Then, go get coffee and look it over again. Buy a friend a cup of coffee and ask them to really look at it. All of this looking and coffee drinking will take time, so don’t leave it to the last minute.

P.S. Broken weblinks break our hearts. If you forget to either include a working link to your résumé/portfolio or attach a résumé, your application will be disqualified and nobody wants to see that now, do we? Answer is of course not!

P.P.S. Phone numbers have 10 digits.

The application window is opened from Monday, November 28, 2022, and closes Friday, January 20, 2023. If you have any questions, drop Talent Acquisition and HR Group Director LoriAnn Boyer an email at FORM@WRAYWARD.COM.
