Intern - Marketing & Experience; Design

What you'll do... :H&R Block, the world’s leader in tax preparation services, is looking for exceptional students in the Marketing & Experience spaces for EMBARK, our 2023 Summer Internship Program. As an intern, you will work at our corporate headquarters in the premier downtown Power & Light District of Kansas City, where everything is either steps or a streetcar ride away.

Our office offers an onsite fitness gym and Starbucks, an awesome company cafeteria, free parking, and more. At H&R Block, we provide college students real-life work experience that directly correlates to their field of study while making a valuable contribution to our organization.

Embark is a 10 week paid internship experience from May 22, 2023 - August 4, 2023.

Housing is provided for those living more that 50 miles from the KC Metro

Compensation is $25/hour

Paid PTO from July 3rd - July 7th for H&R Blocks Annual Reboot Week

Internship responsibilities will be with the Marketing & Experience groups and may include researching, gathering and organizing data to provide information for special projects or reports; assisting in preparing written reports or executive presentations; and other department specific responsibilities. H&R Block interns will be provided significant guidance and mentoring but must also be able to work independently.
