The person in this position participates on a team to plan program-level quality improvement activities and the data needed to support them. JOB SUMMARY:  
This position provides quality improvement and highly technical data supports to assigned Morrison behavioral health programs. Methods utilized are drawn from quality improvement, information and data analytics, and program evaluation. Quality improvement and process improvement skills and tools are applied to coordinating and facilitating program QI Committees and other organizational initiatives. 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide information and data support for multiple behavioral health program reports or client services reports that are required by funders or required to maintain Certificates of Approval and accreditation with various behavioral health entities. Develop, maintain, and analyze data assuring data integrity and accuracy. Work with multiple databases and data processes to produce these reports.
  • Apply and integrate up-to-date quality management, data analytics, program evaluation, and other knowledge management and informatics tools to the work of the Department.
  • Provide information and data support for Morrison quality improvement initiatives and quality improvement committees focused on behavioral health programs. Participate in team-based planning with other quality improvement professionals to improve the implementation of quality improvement processes.
  • Develop compliance monitoring tracking systems for behavioral health administrative rules and Joint Commission standards
 
Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Public Health or Behavioral Health field with demonstrated experience in data, client outcome tracking, and making quality improvement recommendations. 
  • Directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of Master's Degree
  • Two years of experience in data support and data management including knowledge of a variety of software applications (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel.
Other Requirements:
  • Must pass DHS criminal history background check
  • May occasionally work outside of regularly scheduled business hours
 
Starting Pay Range: (Morrison uses an equitable pay evaluation to determine starting pay, therefore pay is not negotiable)
 $26.45 – $28.17/hour
