Human Resources Virtual Internship

Our HR internship will give you hands-on experience in a corporate environment, where you’ll be actively participating and helping achieve real business goals in a safe, judgement-free zone.
 
Highlights:
·      Work through a rotation of our department’s Human Resources Business Partners and HR Specialty Teams.  
·      View firsthand the criticality of the HR Business Partner role.
·      Engage in a wide variety of projects, including utilizing Emotional Intelligence skills to resolve issues, keeping the Employee Experience in mind.
·      Understand the dynamics of business decisions and impacts.
·      Review data and analytics that drive the business and its leaders.
·      Understand how a global organization’s Call Center works.
·      Hear from our seasoned recruiters about the hiring process.
·      Help build awareness for current and upcoming HR programs in the field and corporate office.
·      Learn how to successfully partner and work with a wide variety of personality types while pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone.
·      Hear about the importance of our global Compliance philosophy and workings.
·      Collaborate with other interns and seasoned professionals from departments throughout the company.

What You Need:
·      Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program related to human resources, psychology, communications, liberal arts, cognitive sciences, or business, with a graduation year of 2024 or 2025.
·      Experience with Microsoft Office 360 applications.
·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with everyone from other interns to Sr Vice Presidents and other Senior Leaders, in person and via email.
·      Ability to sift through data and make relevant correlations.
·      A growth-oriented mindset that helps you embrace challenges, be persistent and learn from mistakes.
·      Compassion as well as confidentiality when dealing with sensitive subject matters.
·      A passion for learning and helping other people learn.
·      Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
·      Ability to work full 40-hour weeks virtually from June 19 – July 28, 2023 (internship dates cannot be altered).

The typical pay rate for this position is $23.00/hour.
