Business Change Management Virtual Internship

Our Business Change Management team is driven by bringing our customers through their unique change journey. Whether it be a system change, policy/procedural change or other types of change that impacts our internal and external customers.

 

·      Get hands-on experience with state-of-the-art training and process mapping tools, in support of change management activities for our Workday implementation.

·      Bring a fresh perspective to our business processes, training and communications — we want you to help shake things up around here.

·      Hone your teamwork and collaboration skills by participating in cross functional project meetings.

·      Learn how to work efficiently in a fast-moving and agile corporate environment while contributing to real change in the workplace.

·      Collaborate with other interns and experienced professionals from departments throughout the company.

·      Learn technical and soft skills that will help make your resume stand out.

·      Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program related to business, finance, marketing, or communications, with a graduation year of 2024 or 2025.

·      Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with everyone from other interns to executives.

·      Collaboration and teamwork skills for working with colleagues of all levels.

·      Good time management and ability to be productive while working on your own.

·      Ability to work full 40-hour weeks virtually from June 19 – July 28, 2023 (internship dates cannot be altered).

The typical pay rate for this position is $23.00/hour.
