Starter Automation Marketing Co-op (Fall 2023)

This position runs from July or September-December 2023 as a full-time, paid internship available either remote (US) or in-office (Cambridge, MA).
The Starter Automation team is looking for a data-driven student to help HubSpot deliver delightful experiences for our highest velocity segment (smaller businesses) in a product-led/low-touch way. We love independent thinkers who enjoy finding creative solutions to challenging problems and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. In this role, you’ll get to: 
  • Develop and launch email campaigns to support the fast-growing Starter segment.
  • Design, run and analyze experiments across the prospect experience.
  • Analyze and optimize the free user email onboarding program(s), with a focus on Starter-tailored experiences that will increase app activation.
  • Acquire stakeholder management skills through collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Services, and Product teams, identifying areas of opportunity to create delightful user experiences.
  • Become proficient in how to run analysis on key initiatives and make data-driven decisions based on the results.

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled student through December 2023
  • MUST have full-time availability (40 hours/week, typical working hours), from July or September-December 2023
  • Ability to work autonomously and execute projects as instructed


Cash compensation range: 25 USD Hourly

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
