Product Marketing Co-op (Fall 2023)

This position runs from July or September-December 2023 as a full-time, paid internship available either remote (US) or in-office (Cambridge, MA).

HubSpot’s Product Marketing Team is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a co-op for Fall 2023. You’ll have the chance to gain real world experience while working to help plan and launch key marketing campaigns for our Sales Hub product. You’ll flex your collaboration and communication skills, orchestrating projects across the marketing organization and beyond. Specifically in this role, you can expect to: 
  • Work closely with the Sales Hub Product Marketing team to plan and execute key campaigns that drive conversions and revenue.
  • Hone your marketing skills as you produce content including copywriting, video, web updates, presentation decks, sales collateral and more.
  • Support new releases and features for products, helping to craft messaging and marketing materials. 
  • Lead cross functional projects including leading kick offs, managing stakeholders and providing strategic direction. 
  • Analyze campaign data and make optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teams outside of marketing like product, sales and go-to-market.
The right candidate for this role should have:
  • A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and some prior related experience.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • An interest in technology and sales/marketing software.
  • A growth mindset and drive to pick up new skills.
  • Excellent time management, communication and organization skills. 
  • A desire to join a fun, collaborative, active and supportive team.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled student, through December 2023
  • Thoughtfully written cover letter describing your interest in this role
  • MUST have full-time availability (40 hours/week, typical working hours) from July or September through December 2023

Cash compensation range: 25 USD Hourly

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
