International Automation Marketing Co-op (Fall 2023)

This position runs from July or September-December 2023 as a full-time, paid internship available either remote (US) or in-office (Cambridge, MA).
As a co-op, your main responsibility in this role will be developing an automation marketing opportunity audit for DACH (Deutschland, Austria & Switzerland), France, Latin America, Iberia (Spain & Portugal), Brazil and Japan.

We believe that the best way to learn is by doing, and therefore, you’ll have the chance to develop and run your own marketing projects as an individual contributor. This co-op role is a serious learning experience on the ins-and-outs of a high-growth company.
In this role, you will:
1) Develop an automation marketing opportunity audit for DACH, France, LatAm, Iberia Brazil and Japan
  • Reviewing the current state of our chat and email programmes (performance KPIs and the status email and chat programmes that exist)
  • Identifying gaps for us to prioritise (audiences we are not reaching within our database, conversion rates that could be improved)
  • Supporting all international automation marketers by identifying market opportunities for our chat and email channels.
  • Collaborating with the international automation marketers, for example by proposing an experiment to test a gap you found
2) Develop a new process that aligns across multiple teams to identify opportunities
  • Setting a template for Automation Marketers to review their opportunities and gaps on a regular basis
3) Partner with email and chat marketers to understand their programmes and markets.
  • Collaborating with them on an experiment
  • Supporting them with monthly reporting

Requirements:
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week, typical working hours) from July or September through December 2023
  • Currently enrolled in an educational program, through December 2023
  • Fluency in English (German, French, Spanish or Japanese would be a plus)
Cash compensation range: 25 USD Hourly

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
