Role
As Business Performance Business Analyst Intern, you will assist in driving programmatic change through support and creation of processes and tools necessary to prioritize, monitor and report on Crown Castle performance programs. In this role you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) with the goal of educating stakeholders on how to properly use models, follow processes, and adopt tools to drive efficiency.
 
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the evaluation of Crown Castle’s Network strategies and implement tools for standardization that result in cost savings.
  • Liaise with partners to solicit ideas and opportunities for cost savings initiatives.
  • Assist in the management of annual programs tied to corporate objectives.
  • Aid in the review business and user requirements and their translation into a tangible work product.
  • Examine current processes and reports for inefficiencies and share findings.
  • Perform data analysis leveraging data from multiple ERPs.
  •  Partner with peers in the creation of process documentation and end user training.

Education/Certifications  
  • Currently enrolled in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business, Accounting/Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline
 
Experience/Minimum Requirements  
  •  Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship
  •  Knowledge of MS Excel (specifically, formulas, pivot tables and charts)
  •  Interest or familiarity with project coordination or project management
  •  Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  •  Experience in requirements gathering, scope drafting, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule


Reports to: Sr. Manager Planning, Governance & Analytics
   
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
