Reports To: Third Party Director
Are you ready to join one of NYC's quickest-growing fertility care practices?
We are looking for a Clinical Assistant to join our Third-Party Reproduction team.
The Third-Party Clinical Assistant works closely with the Practice Physicians to coordinate patient care and assist with their treatment protocols, medications, and/or required testing procedures.
Some of the primary responsibilities include:
- Serving as a resource to the donor program and working closely with other coordinators on the multidisciplinary team.
- Triage donor applications and maintain Excel spreadsheets of the Third-Party program.
- Schedule third-party patients for all appointments to complete screening and required testing.
- Triaging third-party patient calls and emails.
- Provide patients and donors with literature and consents for the prescribed treatments.
- Provide emotional support to patients.
- Ensure all relevant FDA forms are completed and filed.
- Facilitate coordination of appointments for donors and gestational carriers with the psychologist.
- Assist in the facilitation of the recipient matching process.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the efficacy of the donor process flow.
- Learn, follow, and keep up to date with FDA regulations for HCT/Ps and ASRM guidelines related to Third Party Reproduction.
- Assist with clerical and other office duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- 5 days per week

Education /Certifications / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Superb written and oral communication skills are required.
- Women’s Healthcare background preferred but not required.
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- EMR experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and an individualized, compassionate approach to patient care.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
