Medline offers a robust corporate rotational program that provides you with unparalleled flexibility experiencing multiple divisions before settling on a career. You will be able to take ownership on projects as well as get a feel for day to day work in each of your 6-month rotations. In addition to the project work, Medline will provide you with learning/networking opportunities throughout your rotations through available job shadows, lunch & learns with company leadership, in-house trainings/classes, and a formal mentorship program. The rotational opportunities will cut across all divisions, providing you with a broad and valuable experience, allowing you to see firsthand what it takes to be an industry leader.
Rotation options include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing
- Product Management
- Operations
- Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
- Business/Pricing Analysis
The responsibilities of positions within the program may include:
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results and common goals
- Researching the market and performing analyses to determine new opportunities to grow the business
- Communicating with customers, reps, internal departments, and vendors, as needed
- Recommending and implementing improvements, modifications or additions to current state
- Participating in overall strategy, competitive analyses, research and development requirements, as well as other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Previous internship experience preferred
- Active interest in the Healthcare industry preferred
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills required
- Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups
- Must have strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
