Rotational Assignment Program - Summer 2023

Medline offers a robust corporate rotational program that provides you with unparalleled flexibility experiencing multiple divisions before settling on a career. You will be able to take ownership on projects as well as get a feel for day to day work in each of your 6-month rotations. In addition to the project work, Medline will provide you with learning/networking opportunities throughout your rotations through available job shadows, lunch & learns with company leadership, in-house trainings/classes, and a formal mentorship program. The rotational opportunities will cut across all divisions, providing you with a broad and valuable experience, allowing you to see firsthand what it takes to be an industry leader.

Rotation options include, but are not limited to:
  • Marketing
  • Product Management
  • Operations
  • Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
  • Business/Pricing Analysis

The responsibilities of positions within the program may include:
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results and common goals
  • Researching the market and performing analyses to determine new opportunities to grow the business
  • Communicating with customers, reps, internal departments, and vendors, as needed
  • Recommending and implementing improvements, modifications or additions to current state
  • Participating in overall strategy, competitive analyses, research and development requirements, as well as other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Previous internship experience preferred
  • Active interest in the Healthcare industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills required
  • Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups
  • Must have strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
