Financial Billing Analyst I

What does a successful Financial Billing Analyst I do?
The Billing Analyst creates revenue-impacting client billing records using multiple data sources, ensuring timely and accurate document delivery.

What will you do:
• Use multiple database management tools to process client records
• Ensure compliance with policy and audit controls
• Create financial trending from invoice activity and prepare business-related analysis as needed
• Assist clients with dispute resolution through detailed communication of findings from research and data analysis
• Provide clear and consistent communication to client partners regarding billing activity and balances
• Ensure that revenue and receivables are properly recorded within the ERP system through billing activity and during month end close
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process efficiencies

What you will need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required

What would be great to have:
• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Billing or Order to cash experience using SAP, Oracle, or other ERP system

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
