Project Coordinator, Strategic Marketing and Communications (Hybrid)

Resp & Qualifications
PURPOSE:
Coordinates well-defined projects and/or supports the work of a team of project/program management professionals. Tracks progress and assists with documentation to support project needs.  Assists with end to end tasks related to implementations, integration, business readiness and communications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Plans and communicates aspects of project performance to team members and implements the vision and objectives.

  • Assists in the oversight of project tasks, establishes and monitors milestones, and prepares progress reports.

  • Interfaces with a variety of disciplines and coordinates the work of functional units across the division and/or broader organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: 1 year project related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms a plus
