Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Management Analyst 5 to serve as the Continuous Improvement Specialist for the Continuous Improvement Office (CIO). This position is responsible for providing continuous improvement (CI) services by analyzing and understanding the needs of the agency and developing and implementing strategies to improve the way WSDOT does business. The top candidate will work closely with agency leadership and staff of all levels and both internal and external customers to solve highly complex issues that impact the agency and statewide growth and implementation of CI. The incumbent will facilitate complex group interactions, design and continuously improve the CIO services, and consult, coach, and train agency staff in CI concepts throughout the agency.
