Human Resource Intern

Are you a Human Resources student looking to gain real-world experience and develop your professional network? Marvin, a premier window and door manufacturer in North America, is opening a new manufacturing facility in Kansas City, KS. We are looking for a Human Resource Intern who can assist with the full spectrum of HR operations for our new location.

*This Internship will be for Spring 2025

Highlights of your role 

  • Assist with New Employee Orientation and the management of employee leaves.
  • Assist with general questions regarding benefits and wellness, as well as the communication of benefits and wellness programs.
  • Assist with special projects designed for strategic growth, support and retention of Marvin’s valued workforce.
  • Support projects and events designed to improve workplace culture.

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can) 

  • Must be enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program in a related field, such as a Human Resource and Business program 
  • Strong organizational skills required, as is demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness 
  • Flexibility, willingness and ability to quickly respond to changing priorities in a timely manner is required  
  • Must possess a strong respect for the heightened level of confidentiality required in this role
