Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals for our digital marketing and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Engage: Identify and connect with potential clients through online research, virtual networking, and digital outreach campaigns.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from our service offerings (Website Design, SEO, Social Media, and Copywriting).
  • Sales Presentations: Use video calls and digital tools to deliver compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Lead Management: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to build relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Closing Sales: Secure new clients by effectively communicating the value of our services and negotiating terms.
  • Account Retention: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Sales Reporting: Use CRM software to track and report on key sales metrics, including leads, deals closed, and revenue generated.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Zoom, Slack, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, and web design is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
  • Goal-oriented and skilled at handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals.
