Finance & Grants Intern
This is an unpaid role, but college credit can be provided. We're seeking someone who can commit 5-10 hours per week.
Company Description
The Education Collaborative is a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, and Atlanta, GA dedicated to breaking down socioeconomic barriers in arts education. We do this by connecting professional actors to high schools across under-resourced communities to host an acting session, typically consisting of a Q&A and various acting exercises (5-minute scenes, freeze improv, etc.).
Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Finance & Grants Intern at The Education Collaborative. The intern will assist in financial analysis, grant management, and preparing financial statements.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program within the United States
- Analytical Skills, Finance, and Financial Statements proficiency Strong Communication and Accounting skillsÂ
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentÂ
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsÂ
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Experience with grant management is a plus
